MAJOR SELLING FEATURES of a NEW WSM CHASER BIN.

In-Built Strength.
Independent Drives between the Hydraulic Cross Auger & PTO/Hyd Driven Discharge Auger.
Single Axle 15T or 24T Tandem Axle Models.
Single lever from the rear full length clean-out doors.
350mm Hyd folding discharge auger either PTO or Hyd driven which unloads at approx 4 tonne per minute. Inspection Window from the Front.
Fold down ladder for quick inspection or entry into the bin.

CHASSIS & BIN STRENGTH:
-   All models share the same chassis.
-   250mm channel chassis.
-   The bin plating is 2.5mm thick.
-   Internal bracing is used inside the bin to strengthen the overall design and resist cracking in rough operating conditions.
-   The drop leg jack stand has a 4 tonne load rating and winds down very effectively.

AXLES and TYRES.
-   Axle tubing is 9mm thick and uses 10 stud 100 square Andy line axles.
-    Standard tyres are new 24R x 21 20 ply earth moving rated.
-     The tandem axle features a walking axle design with full poly-urethane bushes which are non-greasable.

AUGERS
-   The discharge and cross augers use 4.8mm thick flighting and the barrel tubing's that they sit in are 2.5mm thick. 
-    The top folding discharge auger recently got extended to 3 meters in length to accommodate the later, taller type field bins.
-    The cross auger inside the bin has adjustable auger covers to increase or decrease the feeding of Grain into the auger.
-     4.6m height of discharge Auger.

INDEPENDENT DRIVES                                                                                           
-       The independent drives allow cleanout of the discharge auger so the weight of any remaining grain does not compromise the auger hinge or hydraulic folding ram.
-       The PTO drive has an in-built friction clutch fitted to it to protect the driveline in an overload situation.
-       With an optional hydraulically driven discharge auger a tachometer is supplied to fit in the cab of the tractor so a nominal RPM is maintained thus avoiding over-speeding of the auger which can create damage.

SIMPLE CLEANOUT & INSPECTION
-       The full length cleanout drop doors are opened and closed with a single lever operated from the rear of the bin.
-       The single window is located in the middle of the front bin and gives the operator an idea of grain quantity.
-       The ladder is located on the front LHS of the bin and allows the operator access to the bin from ground level.

OPTIONS                                                                
-       The roll tarp allows the operator to quickly cover the grain in case of bad weather conditions.
-       The auger drop chute allows transference of grain into an auger hopper.
